3. Accuracy of Industrial Specifications
CRITICAL SPECIFICATION DISCLOSURE:
Products such as bearings, seals, belts, industrial hoses, plumbing pipes, electrical conduit, and structural components are listed using standard manufacturer measurements and tolerances. All engineering listings, sketches, and compatibility charts are for informational reference only.
The Customer holds sole and absolute responsibility for verifying sizing, precise measurements, catalog ratings, load metrics, and electrical compatibility before purchasing any parts. Phix Supplies is not responsible for part selection errors or mismatching on technical assemblies.
4. Professional Installation Recommendation
Many products distributed by Phix Supplies require specialized tools and technical expertise to handle safely. We highly recommend that all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components be installed by certified, insured trade professionals. Improper installation may result in severe machinery malfunction or safety hazards.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHIX SUPPLIES LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SECONDARY DAMAGE, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FAILURE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF REVENUE, DOWNTIME COST, OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY INCORRECT COMPONENT SELECTION, IMPROPER WORKBENCH ASSEMBLY, LACK OF LUBRICATION, MISUSE, OR THIRD-PARTY INSTALLATION ERRORS.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any legal disputes, arbitration, or claims arising from these transactions shall be filed within the courts of Jamaica.

Notwithstanding the selection of Jamaican law, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you will still benefit from any mandatory legal consumer protections and regulations provided by the laws of your country of residence.
